Understanding Your Dashboard

After logging in, you’ll land on the DSHub Dashboard, which serves as the central hub for managing your digital signage.

Key Areas of the Dashboard

Left Navigation Menu

  • Dashboard – View and manage your saved and draft templates.

  • File Manager – Upload and organize media files (images, videos, etc.).

  • Playlists – Create and group content for scheduled playback.

  • Schedules – Assign playlists to time slots for automated screen display.

  • Screens – Pair and manage screens, check live status, and assign content.

Top Header

  • Location Switcher – Manage content across multiple locations.

  • Account Menu – Access your profile settings or log out.

My Designs Section

  • Toggle between Saved and Draft templates.

  • Click + Create Template to start from scratch or use a pre-made layout.

  • Hover over existing designs to View or Edit.

Scrollable Template Sections

Each template category is horizontally scrollable using left/right arrows.

Next Steps

Once your designs are complete, you can:

  • Organize them under the Content section

  • Add to Playlists

  • Publish directly to screens using the DS Editor

The DShub dashboard is designed to be clean, responsive, and intuitive — making it easy for anyone to get started, regardless of technical background.
